At the moment my strategic and mentoring work falls into four project areas:
Some projects are one-offs, others have spanned years.
They come about predominantly by word of mouth, and occasionally through a selective pitch process.
When considering the merit of working on a project, I essentially look at three things:
- What value can my creative process add?
- What is the scope and appetite for change from the client’s point of view?
- What are the chances of our enjoying working together?
If these considerations spawn positive responses, then we agree on scope, fees, deliverables and press ‘Go’.
